Why Does This Happen?<\/b><\/p>

    • The mid \u2013 ureter<\/b> is innervated by T11-L1<\/b>, which also supplies the right lower quadrant (RLQ).<\/b> <\/span><\/li>
    • A stone at the pelvic brim<\/b> can irritable the parietal peritoneum<\/b>, leading to localized pain in the RLQ. Mimicking appendicitis.<\/li>
    • Associated nausea, vomiting, and guarding<\/b> can further confuse the diagnosis<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>
