Post covid patients are counseled to adhere to <strong>\u201cBALANCED DIET\u201d<\/strong> to bring back their normal health to restart their regular activities with ease.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Once you kickstart your day, the pace for the whole day resets itself.
